These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and nwrplay ("we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the nwrplay website and all associated gaming services.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of nwrplay, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on nwrplay. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of any balances in those accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your nwrplay account. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, and any communications sent from your account.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any OTP codes — strictly confidential.
• Not share, transfer, or sell your account to any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify nwrplay immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Maintain accurate personal and contact information on your account at all times.
• Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.

nwrplay uses OTP-based verification and SSL encryption to protect account access. However, the security of your own login credentials is your responsibility. nwrplay will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

nwrplay reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, or a breach of these Terms.

All transactions on nwrplay are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals in foreign currencies are not supported.

Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and bank transfer. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on nwrplay.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. nwrplay does not accept funds from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to have originated from a third-party source may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed to a payment account that matches the name on your registered nwrplay account. nwrplay reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

nwrplay reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is any suspicion of fraud, abuse of promotional terms, or violation of these Terms.

All games and betting markets on nwrplay — including slots, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, and fish games — are governed by rules specific to each game type. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable rules and understand how outcomes are determined.

For casino and eBingo games, outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. For live casino games, outcomes are determined by real physical actions carried out by live dealers in a studio environment. For sports betting, results are determined by actual sporting event outcomes.

nwrplay does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or result from any game or bet. All gaming involves financial risk, and you may lose all funds wagered. No game on nwrplay is designed or intended to provide a guaranteed return.

Once a wager has been confirmed and a game round has begun, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. nwrplay reserves the right to void any wager where a technical error, system failure, or data feed interruption has affected the integrity of a game round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nwrplay:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without explicit authorisation.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with any part of the nwrplay platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, suspensions, or bonus rules.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or on behalf of third parties.

nwrplay actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Any account found to be in violation of these prohibitions will be suspended pending investigation. Where warranted, nwrplay may refer matters to appropriate legal authorities.

nwrplay is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. Gaming on nwrplay is intended purely as a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a financial strategy, or a way to address personal financial difficulties.

We strongly encourage all players to:

Your continued use of nwrplay after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure through our support team.

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of nwrplay shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree that any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
